Arshad Mehmood has served as Chairman & CEO of Motorway since 2019, bringing nearly three decades of experience in national highway development and transport policy. Under his leadership, the project has expanded transparency initiatives, accelerated CPEC-aligned corridor delivery, and strengthened inter-ministry coordination across provincial jurisdictions.
